About Crissy Fishbane
I grew up believing I had something to prove.

A shared experience
Successful on paper. Quietly wondering if we’re chasing the wrong things.
People are exhausted from trying to measure up. They’re successful on paper but quietly wondering if they’re spending their lives chasing the wrong things.
They want stronger relationships, more courage, more purpose, and a life that feels like it belongs to them instead of everyone else’s expectations.
Those conversations have shaped my work just as much as my own life has.
“I grew up believing achievement would finally make me feel like I was enough.”
13,000 volts
At sixteen, I survived being electrocuted in an accident that changed the course of my life.
500 miles
Years later, I walked across Spain with nothing but a backpack and my thoughts.
Thousands of women
I later co-founded HER Health Collective and helped build a community centered on honest conversation, connection, & support.
On the surface, those experiences don’t seem connected.
To me, they’ve all been asking the same question
What actually makes a life meaningful?
My work today
Where psychology meets lived experience.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of psychology, lived experience, and human connection.
I don’t believe people change because they’re told what to do. I believe they change when they begin seeing themselves and one another through a different lens.
That’s why I don’t simply share ideas.
I tell stories. I ask questions. I challenge assumptions we’ve carried for years without realizing they’re shaping our decisions.
Stories
Questions
Human Connection
more similar than different
The questions are the same
Whether I’m speaking to business leaders, educators, entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, or community organizations, the conversations almost always come back to the same questions:
I’ve found that when people begin asking better questions, they don’t just think differently.
They begin living differently.
That’s why I love standing on a stage.
Not because I believe one keynote changes a life.
But because sometimes a single story, a single question, or a single moment can change the way someone sees themselves. And when that happens, different choices tend to follow.
That’s the work I’m most interested in.
Beyond the Stage
When I’m not speaking…
You’ll usually find me recording my podcast, interviewing fascinating people, planning my next adventure, hiking a trail, or spending time with my husband and daughter.
I don’t expect people to remember every story I tell.
But if they leave seeing themselves, the people around them, and what’s possible for their own lives just a little differently…then we’ve done something worth remembering.
